Our approach is simple: 1) Well managed vetting, training and operational functions to maintain a professional, consistent and trusted service. Our on-boarding process includes: vetting, verifying qualifications / insurance, issue of uniform and standardisation of skill set to our service offering. 2) Using technology to intelligently connect our therapists with local bookings so they can massage more and travel less. Customers pay a set price, charged to their credit card on file. Our Therapists a.k.a "Urban Heroes" access appointments via a proprietary app that tracks their availability and location via GPS.
