Tryum

Tryum is a relationship science company. We help retailers build personal relationships with their customers and help them to deliver brand experiences that are based on who their customers are and what they love. Tryum provides retailers with an end to end customer experience solution. Firstly, we support retailers to effectively capture their data and align this to a customer, to provide them with a central customer view. Secondly, we help distil this data into smart insights so they know who these customers are and what they enjoy. Finally, we provide a rewards and campaign engine so that retailers can tailor the right rewards and experiences to the right customer, with the right product and at the right time.
