Tritto is a disruptive food technology start-up based in London that will deliver high quality, tasty, and healthy dinners in less than 30 minutes and make high quality, convenient home-eating a high frequency, high volume, guilt-free routine for busy professionals and parents across London initially, and global capitals over time. Tritto plans to achieve the above through a three step process: 1) Preparing the food in a central processing unit (CPU). 2) Blast chilling the food so that it can stay fresh for a few hours. 3) Delivering the food on the same day through a combination of refrigerated trucks and bike/moped drivers, which cover all the target neighbourhoods in the city. Given that online food ordering and takeaway options are mostly low quality and unhealthy, Tritto is addressing a large market opportunity in the food delivery and takeaway market, which is over GBP 4.4bn in size in the UK alone.
