Squaremarket is the first gamified marketplace, offering shoppers a fun, exciting opportunity to compete in real time for the opportunity to purchase high value products at a fraction of the retail price. On the website, users can play for a product hidden behind a grid made of squares; only one square will reveal the winning product. User select the squares they want to try to find the winning one. Each clicks comes at a small cost (pennies) which increases with the chance of winning. The price per square is calculated to ensure we turn an average 30% profit margin after the product is won. Our vision with Squaremarket is not simply a game. We are defining an alternative checkout process where e-commerce websites integrate the Squaremarket widget to propose an alternative price to the visitors who would normally leave their website without buying, giving them an opportunity to monetise them. Note: Squaremarket is NOT regulated as a gambling product. We can operate without a license.
