Satago is there to help small and medium sized businesses get paid on time and help them make informed cashflow decisions through the intelligent use of crowd-sourced data. The system integrates with users' accounting software and automatically imports data about the invoices they have submitted to their business customers. Satago then takes over the chasing of users' debtors through customised, escalating email reminders, as well as automatically sending late-payment demand letters, and, if necessary, escalating to a credit management agency through our platform. In effect we act as an out-sourced credit management CRM. Users share data about when these business customers pay them, and in return for sharing data can access reports about the payment behaviour of other companies which they can access before they deal with them.
