Real Funds’s Vision is to revolutionise the traditionally closed exclusive and monopolistic property development sector. We are a real estate crowdfunding platform breaking the monopolistic position of a few house builders controlling land supply. Our platform will allow SME property developers an access to alternative capital to build housing development projects of small and medium scale. At the same time, we are opening this exclusive market previously available only to those investors with high capital and right connections. However, through Real Funds Platform one do not need to have high capital to invest in development projects in their community and beyond, as they will be able to invest with as little as £100 for returns upto 10-12%. We are closing the market gap with a lethal combination of technology and crowdfinancing.
