End to End Tenant Consultancy for the SME office market. While there are a slew of companies available to service the needs of the office seeker, there are none that provide the full service provisions that a commercial broker would provide a tenant with an office requirement less than 3,000 SF. It is our mission, therefore to both guide, seek and negotiate these services for the company that is in the office range of 0-2500SF. We will seek business centres, sub-lets, advise on a mix of office needs if that suits the business, as well as mange an office build, no matter how big or small. Our service will allow the client to focus on the task of building their business whilst we take the mantle of their Real Estate division.
