LearnFwd is a unique platform for active learning by using 'textbooks as a service'. It tackles two major problems: - publishers: declining revenue in a 20b textbooks market; steep decline in textbooks usage (10% of UK teachers). - schools: teachers distrust technology with direct consequences on children's engagement These problems can only be solved together and we build the right tools to do just that: - help publishers stay relevant by providing the right tools to create genuine digital textbooks - help teachers make actual use of these digital textbooks by giving them control over content and their classroom. We work with publishers to create textbooks that are: - re-flowable (work on all devices, screen sizes and operating systems) - interactive, dynamic content, assessments - collaborative (work in groups, join a virtual classroom, solve exercises together) - adaptive (teachers can amend and customise the content on the fly) - zero setup / configuration for teachers to use
