Handle My Health is a medical ecosystem for long term (chronic) condition patients that integrates big data from healthcare provider systems, personal apps and medical devices. In turn, enabling physicians to deliver better and risk free care at a lower cost. Launching fully in 2015, Handle My Health already has clinical partners and clients in the UK, Spain, Italy, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, UAE and Kuwait. Randomised clinical trials on partner developed modules will be written up and published by partners, alongside health economic evaluations.
