Caribu is an iPad app that allows young children and their family to video call and read books at the same time no matter where they are. Caribu features rich children’s books alongside secure video-calling to keep children engaged in a carefully designed, curated, and secure platform. An in-app bookstore allows users to purchase additional books. Caribu was part of the 2014 Microsoft Ventures Accelerator Cohort and was featured in the October 2014 Apple Special event to present the new iPad Air 2.
