Once a secret among London fashion industry insiders, with exclusive fashion recycling events held in upmarket locations around London, BuyMyWardrobe has evolved into an exciting new online destination to buy and sell pre-loved designer fashion. Since launching in August 2012, we have successfully established a unique and trusted fashion resale marketplace with a loyal following. We have created a cool brand with a great name that has the potential to be global. To date we have grown mostly organically by leveraging an existing offline events community and using authentic content to create an engaged online community. We have generated some impressive press coverage including Vogue, Drapers, The Business of Fashion, Marie Claire and Elle and we have been featured on BBC Breakfast. We have attracted high calibre investors including Carmen Busquets (early stage investor in Net-A-Porter), Mimma Viglezio (former EVP at the Gucci Group).
